David Bira
Sr. Project Manager
|
Dave joined Interface in 1998. As Senior Project Manager, Dave manages all aspects of a project from the estimate through construction completion. He has overall responsibility for the project and fulfilling the Owner's needs. Dave oversees Project Engineers, Superintendents and Subcontractors. He is currently managing $7 million in renovations for SSM Health Care. Previously, he managed projects totaling almost $26 million for clients that included Washington University School of Medicine, Missouri Veterans Home, Clayton School District, Hazelwood School District, and the City of St. Louis. Mr. Bira has worked in the construction industry for 19 years.
Dave holds a BS in Construction Management, Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.

Jim Quindry
Estimating/Project Manager

Jim joined Interface in 1999. Jim is in responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ongoing relationship with Project Owner, Architect, Consultants, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers and Inspectors. He will prepare, update and maintain CPM construction schedule and provide the oversight necessary to assure the project is completed safely, within budget and in compliance with the project specifications and local codes.
Jim has worked in the construction industry for 34 years and has recently managed over $1 million in new construction and renovations for the St. Louis Zoo, Missouri Botanical Gardens, and Pfizer.
Jim holds a BS in Civil Engineering, from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale.

Jerry Mosher
Project Manager/Estimator

Jerry joined Interface in 2000. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with Project Owner, Architect, Consultants, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers and Inspectors. He will prepare, update and maintain the CPM construction schedule and provide the oversight necessary to assure the project is completed safely, within budget and in compliance with the project specifications and local codes.
Jerry has worked in the construction industry for 26 years and is currently managing all of Interface Constructions projects for the General Services Administration.
Jerry served in the United States Air Force from 1974 to 2000 and holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Bob Adams
Estimator
|
Bob joined Interface in 2010. He a certified professional estimator and is responsible for the pricing and preparation of bids for hard bid and negotiated projects. He will determine the necessary resources required for projects based on project plans, specifications and cost estimates and utilizes his knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field to develop construction estimates and bids. Responsibilities include attending pre-bid meetings, reviewing plans for scope and quantity take-offs, value engineering, assembling bidders list and reviewing sub proposals for completeness.
Bob has worked in the construction industry for for over 32 years and holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University.

Vern Watts
Project Manager

Vern is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction project. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with Project Owner, Architect, Consultants, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers and Inspectors. He will prepare, update and maintain the CPM construction schedule and provide the oversight necessary to assure the project is completed safely, within budget and in compliance with the project specifications and local codes.
Vern has been in the industry for 21 years and is currently managing $5 million in renovations for Washington University School of Medicine and Monsanto.
Vern holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.

Lowell Kircher
Assistant Project Manager

As Assistant Project Manager, Lowell assists the Project Manager with all aspects of a project starting with the estimate thru closeout. He is responsible for managing the staff in carrying out all necessary duties relative to the construction of the project. His past projects for Interface include being our joint venture representative for McCarthy/Interface III during the $480 million dollar Pinnacle Luxury Hotel and Casino project.
Lowell has been in the industry for 6 years and is currently helping to manage $7 million dollars in renovations for SSM Health Care.
Lowell has his BS in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.

Cassandra Brownfield, LEED AP

As Assistant Project Manager, Casey assists the Project Manager with all aspects of a project starting with the estimate thru closeout. She is responsible for managing the staff in carrying out all necessary duties relative to the construction of the project.
Casey has been in the industry for five years and is currently acting as Interface’s representative for the Tarlton/Interface joint venture during the $50 million Barnes-Jewish Hospital Ambulatory Care Center Project.
Casey has her BS in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science & technology

Anthony Bass
Assistant Estimator/Project Engineer

Anthony is responsible for assisting the Estimating and Preconstruction Services departments with pricing, preparation of bids, and bid submission. He helps to determine necessary resources for project based on project plans, specifications and cost estimates, utilizing his knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the construction field. Anthony also assists Project Managers with complete job scope and documentation. Anthony has assisted in projects for several clients including Habitat for Neighborhood Business, St. Louis Zoo, and Washington University School of Medicine.
Anthony has worked in the construction industry for 5 years and is currently working in Estimating & Preconstruction Services department as well as performing Project Engineer duties.
Anthony is currently enrolled in St. Louis Community College Civil Engineering courses.

Anne Hoffmann
Project Engineer

Anne is responsible for assisting Project Managers with complete job scope and documentation. This includes; subcontractor interaction and subcontract distribution, submittals, requests for information, meeting minutes, permits, budget changes to subcontractors and owners, and close out documents for project at completion. Anne has worked on projects for clients including Washington University School of Medicine, Ameren UE, Fontbonne University, and Monsanto Company.
Anne has worked in the industry for 4 years and is currently Anne is performing Project Engineer duties for various on-going projects.
Anne holds a BFA in Interior Design from Maryville University.

April Dunn
Project Assistant

April is responsible for assisting Project Managers and Interface's Accounting Department. Her duties include processing payroll for office and field employees, maintaining Interface's Union rate and code information, distributing Owner contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders, obtaining tax exempt and insurance certificates, and preparing and distributing pay applications.
April has been with Interface since 2005. She recently earned her BS in Administration from Webster University and is currently enrolled in classes to obtain her Masters in Human Resource Development.

Mary Seitz
Accounting

Mary is responsible for all of Interface's accounting. Her responsibilities include all maintaining vendor files, processing subcontractor invoices and payments, preparing and obtaining lien waivers, processing all tax documentation, and maintaining all accounts files.

As Project Superintendent, Jim controls the day-to-day construction activities at the jobsite. Jim will manage subcontractors, schedule labor and material according to contract schedules, ensure timely project completion and make sure the project is built in accordance with the project specifications. He will conduct regular jobsite meetings and ensure jobsite safety. Jim previously supervised the $230 Million BJC Institute of Health BRB1 and $105 Million BJC Ambulatory Care Clinic projects.
Jim has worked in the construction industry for 32 years and is currently supervising the joint venture BJC Ambulatory Care project.

Bob is responsible for coordination of all work by Interface Construction's own forces and those of Subcontractors. He is responsible for schedule adherence, cost/quality control, safety, and all other on-site construction management functions. Bob's past projects for Interface include Habitat for Neighborhood Business, Washington University McMillan Plaza, Washington University Urbauer Hall lab, and Washington Universitiy - Danforth Campus Lopata Hall.
Bob has worked in the industry for 36 years and is currently supervising several Ameren UE substation projects.

Jack Marty

Jack is responsible for coordination of all work by Interface Construction's own forces and those of Subcontractors. He is responsible for schedule adherence, cost/quality control, safety, and all other on-site construction management functions. Jack has successfully supervised more than 20 projects at Washington University School of Medicine. Jack has also supervised several projects for SSM Health Care, including SSM DePaul Bi-Plane Room, SSM Metro Heart Group Renovations, St. Mary's Health Center 4th Floor CVR Renovations, and St. Mary's Health Center Hospital 3rd Floor Renovations.
Jack has been in the industry for 27 years and is currently supervising several projects at St. Mary's Health Center in Clayton, MO.

Gary Hart

Gary is responsible for coordination of all work by Interface Construction's own forces and those of subcontractors. He is responsible for schedule adherence, cost/quality control, safety, and all other on-site construction management functions. Gary's past projects at St. Mary's Health Center include Cath Lab Remodel, Radiology Department Rooms, CHS Outpatient Imaging, and Radiology Department Upgrades.
Gary has worked in the construction industry for 15 years and is currently supervising several projects at St. Mary's Health Center in Clayton, MO.

Eric Nea

As Project Superintendent, Eric controls the day to day construction activities at the jobsite. Eric will manage subcontractors, schedule labor and material according to contract schedules, ensure timely project completion and make sure the project is built in accordance with the project specifications. Eric will conduct regular jobsite meetings and ensure jobsite safety. Eric has worked on numerous projects for Owners including Monsanto Company, St. Louis Library Board, Ameren UE, YWCA, and St. Louis Airport Authority.
Eric has worked in the industry for 18 years and has recently completed the Robert A. Young Federal Building Parapet and Exterior Façade Repairs, General Services Administration Daycare Deck, and National Geospatial Intelligence Agency Chiller Removal projects.

Mike Donovan

As Project Superintendent, Mike is responsible for the day to day coordination between the Owner and subcontractors and the management of all field labor. Mike has been stationed at WUSM continuously for the last nine years and has completed several hundred projects, the volume of which exceeds $42 Million dollars. Mike's past projects include Lambert Airport's APCOA & Canopies, Gateway High School's Elevator Repairs, WUSM's Dr. Gutman Lab Renovations and WUSM's Program in Physical Therapy Renovations.
Mike has been in the industry for 41 years and is currently is working as Lead Superintendent on Continuing Service Contract projects at Washington University School of Medicine.

Dwight Randolph

As Project Superintendent, Dwight controls the day to day construction activities at the jobsite. Dwight will manage subcontractors, schedule labor and material according to contract schedules, ensure timely project completion and make sure the project is built in accordance with the project specifications. Dwight will conduct regular jobsite meetings and ensure jobsite safety. Dwight's past projects for Interface include Pfizer S&T Lab, Monsanto Company's QUOL parking Lot & N3 Lab Renovation, and numerous jobs at WUSM.
Dwight has worked in the construction industry for 32 years and has recently supervising the casework installation at WUSM's BRB1.

John Bertelsmann

John is responsible for managing all field labor performing the day to day on-site coordination between the Owner and subcontractors. He ensures compliance with the project's plans and specifications to guarantee that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Previous project John has supervised include the Fashion Square Lofts, St. Louis Zoo's Rivers Edge Phase III, Schlafly Branch for the St. Louis Library Board, and Monsanto's Jerseyville Greenhouse.
He has recently supervised the casework installation at WUSM's BRB1.

Byron Thompson, Jr.

Byron will manage subcontractors, schedule labor and material according to contract schedules, ensure timely project completion and make sure the project is built in accordance with the project specifications. Byron will conduct regular jobsite meetings and ensure jobsite safety.
Byron has been in the industry for 12 years and his recent project experience includes working with S M Wilson Company on the Bio-Medical Research Building No.1 (BRB1) at Washington University School of Medicine and Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

Scott is responsible for coordination of all work by Interface Construction's own forces and those of Subcontractors. He is responsible for schedule adherence, cost/quality control, safety, and all other on-site construction management functions. Scott has worked on numerous projects for Interface for clients such as Washington University School of Medicine, Pinnacle Casino, Fontbonne University, and Ameren UE.
Scott has worked in the industry for 7 years and has recently supervised the renovation of Ranken Tecnical College's Welding & Fabrication Shop.
